What happens after you get in touch
No pressure sequence and no salesperson. Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
We reply the same business day
A short conversation about the property, the surfaces and what is failing, so we arrive knowing what we are looking at.
We walk the property
Every elevation or every room, with moisture and adhesion checks on anything suspect. On commercial work we walk it with your facilities contact and read any existing specification first.
You get a written scope
Surfaces in and out of scope, preparation per surface, primer and finish system, number of coats, sheens and sequence. Colour consultation is part of this, not a separate charge.
We schedule around you
Residential work runs daytime with your routine in mind. Occupied commercial and retail work runs nights or weekends. Associations get a phasing plan and resident notice per building.

What to send with your enquiry
The property address and what is failing gets us most of the way. Photographs of the failing surface help more than a description, especially on rust bleed, efflorescence or a crack pattern. For an association or a commercial property, send the door or unit count, the building count and any existing specification or colour package, and note the window you need the work inside.
